Michelle’s role as Manager of Restaurant Accounting is the latest in her 20 year career in hospitality. She’s focused on improving restaurant revenue and cost of goods, including recipe and product management. She also tests and implements new technology, including Fiesta’s order kiosks, online ordering platform, and loyalty app, and she led the effort to make CrunchTime the system of record for sales and inventory. In short, she knows systems from the ground up.
