Michael is a 15 year veteran of Cheesecake Factory, and is currently the Director of Operations Services. His team is responsible for the rollout of any new company initiative or program to our restaurants. In short, he oversees the formulation of the rollout plan, including training and communications components, to ensure effective adoption. He had a chance to practice that process when he implemented CrunchTime back in 2010!
